Process

The foundation of successful branding is developing a strategic marketing direction that achieves your conversion goals

A successful website or online project is so much more than aesthetics. Careful analysis of consumer wants and needs coupled with defined business goals is critical to the delivery of a successful product. At Aspire ID, our methodology marries targeted marketing goals with the best that design has to offer.

We have 4 major phases within a project life cycle:

Measure Launch CreatePlan

  • Plan
  • Create
  • Launch
  • Measure

Strategic Consulting & Requirements Gathering

At the start of a new project, the client's goals are precisely defined. Aspire gathers background information from the client and completes a needs analysis. Research into the field of business and potential solution models is conducted. Target audience details, comparable solutions, branding issues and business goals are reviewed. The optimal solution is found. Following further client consultation, the process and structure of the solution is mapped out. The result of this phase is the Project Plan, which is delivered to the client for approval.

Project Plan Components:

  • Needs Analysis
  • Site Map
  • Research Analysis (Competitor, Industry, User, and Business Analysis)
  • Price Estimate
  • Contract

Functional Prototyping

In this phase of the project, previous planning begins to take visible form. The site’s “look and feel” is created with a focus on defined goals, usability, and easy-to-use site navigation. Working closely with the client, the design is refined until it appropriately conveys the client's image and message.

Design Components:

  • Project Design is Created
  • Shell of the Site with Navigation to All Pages is Designed
  • Materials Checklist is Created & Submitted to Client
  • An in-house “To Do” List for the Project is Created

Develop: Application and System Development

Following design approval, the Project Plan is executed. The site is built according to specifications in a manner allowing optimal scalability and ongoing maintenance. Content is imported into newly created pages. The site grows and fleshes out from several initial templates to its fully formed state.

Development Components:

  • Temporary Site (domain.com/client) is Created
  • Content is Placed on each Page and the Site is Developed

Ongoing feedback will be requested from the client to ensure the site is on track and goals are properly being met.

Testing & Deployment

Once the site has been developed, it is then thoroughly tested to ensure optimal performance under various user conditions, and across multiple browsers and platforms. Final testing occurs and the site is published.

Deployment Components:

  • Thorough Testing of the Site is Conducted
  • Final Overview with the Client
  • Site Tracking & Conversion Measurement Tools Set-up

Always be Testing

In agreement with the client, Aspire continues to monitor site performance and user feedback after a successful launch to ensure smooth functionality and user experience and address any issues as they may arise.

Conversion rates, web statistics, and defined site goals are closely monitored. As web trends and technologies evolve, possible site enhancements are researched and proposed.
