Client Overview

Indoor Air Quality, Inc. provides a full range of heating and air conditioning services to residents throughout the Denver metro area.  The company was established in 2001 and has a reputation for being very responsive, knowledgeable, and professional HVAC experts.  Their goal is to create safe, comfortable and energy-efficient homes year round for their customers.

Objectives

When Indoor Air Quality, Inc. first approached Aspire ID, their website was very basic, poorly branded, and didn’t generate much online visibility.  Up until this point, their advertising dollars were spent offline on phone book and newspaper ads.  The company knew they needed to increase their online presence and shift some of their advertising budget towards online marketing but weren’t sure of where to start.

Indoor Air Quality’s goal was to generate more traffic to their site and reach more of their target audience (female homeowners who make $75K+/year, and live in the Denver Metro area).  We established some baseline numbers and set a goal of increasing overall reach to Indoor Air Quality’s target market, and started tracking the number of phone calls generated, and the number of service request forms received as the key performance indicators of their online  marketing efforts’ success.

Methodology

Branding, Responsive Website Redesign & SEO

Aspire ID redesigned the website, set-up a new easy to manage CMS, and extended the company’s branding online.  The new website provides detailed information on Indoor Air Quality’s services, products, and features ongoing specials, financing information, and customer reviews.  Each page of the site was rewritten by a professional copywriter and was compelling, concise, optimized for the search engines, and included “calls to action”.  The website was also set-up to work well on all devices (PCs, Macs, smart phones, tablets, etc.)

Blog Design

A new blog was set-up on the website so useful and relevant articles and posts could be sent out to subscribers and be easily shared by readers.

Email Marketing & Social Media

An email newsletter that matched the look and feel of the newly branded website was created. A new Facebook Page, Twitter account, and LinkedIn Company page were set-up and branded so Indoor Air Quality’s presence was unified and consistent across the various marketing platforms.  The blog was set-up so that posts were automatically published on the social media channels.

Content Management Program

Aspire ID implemented a content management program and plan so that fresh, keyword-rich, user-focused content would be created by a professional copywriter, published and sent out to all blog subscribers, social media channels, customers, fans, followers, connections, and prospects on a regular basis.

Results Achieved

These results paid off, and in a big way. Not only did they have a high-quality, branded site that helps them stand out in the Denver HVAC service and installation market, but they also found that their new site and campaigns brought results, such as:

  • High visibility in the top search engines
  • High visibility on top social media sites
  • A 220 percent increase in total online reach
  • A quadrupling of the number of “Schedule a Service” form requests
